Revenue Manager, Full Service - Hilton Domestic Operating Company Inc.

Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Management, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Revenue Manager or related position. Must possess demonstrated experience with overseeing and implementing room accommodation and rate inventory controls; optimizing financial performance (RevPar and EBITDA); analyzing booking pace, pricing strategies, and marketing opportunities; reviewing RMS, Delphi, and database reports; analyzing room statistics and demand factors; utilizing revenue systems, including Hilton Forecast tool and Revenue Management System; and setting KPI targets and demand troughs.
