The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Revenue Mangement Coordinator to join the Revenue Management Team!
Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Friday business hours - this is an on-site position
Pay Rate: The pay range for this role is $27.64 - $30.04 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
What will I be doing?
As a Revenue Management Coordinator, you would be responsible for managing and analyzing the historical and statistical data related to the Revenue Management in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Collect, enter, process and maintain historical and statistical data related to management of hotel revenue
- Create, prepare, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports using current data management systems
- Provide analysis of trends, demand and market conditions
- Conduct and enter results from shop calls
- Respond to guests and provide administrative support, as needed
