Revenue Analyst, RMCC Mexico

This is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) that is offering owned, managed, and franchised Hilton hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. As a Revenue Analyst you will support the team that's helping hotels grow market share and outperform competitors. On the Analyst team reporting to the Revenue Analyst Manager, you will work on projects including daily analysis and implementation of processes.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Coordinate the daily Revenue Management processes for multiple hotels, including project work for Revenue Managers and Revenue Specialist, data collection, and maintenance of tools.
- Analyze Revenue Management reporting and provide recommendations to Revenue Managers, troubleshoot and improve current tools, and ad-hoc reporting and trend analysis.
- Present recommendations to hotel teams, develop new tools, and provide additional support to RMCC project teams; report activities include utilizing OnQ RM, MS Excel, MS Database, and Hotel Marketing systems to process information and generate daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Management reports.
How you'll collaborate with others:
As a revenue analyst you will collaborate with Revenue Specialists, Revenue Managers, Directors of Revenue, and regional teams in an objective manner to help to maximize revenue for all properties for which RMCC provides a service
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- All Inclusive and Luxury initial set up
- Reports Only implementation services
- Managed Essentials Communications
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- One (1) year of work experience in front office operations, reservations, data management, or revenue management etc.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish with written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
