Revenue Analyst, RMCC Mexico

What your day-to-day will be like:
- Coordinate the daily Revenue Management processes for multiple hotels, including project and analysis work for Revenue Managers and Revenue Specialists, data collection, and maintenance of tools.
- Analyze Revenue Management reporting and provide recommendations to Revenue Managers, troubleshoot and improve current tools, and ad-hoc reporting and trend analysis.
- Present recommendations to hotel teams, develop new tools, and provide additional support to RMCC project teams; report activities include utilizing OnQ RM, MS excel (can perform complex functions), MS Database, and Important Hotel Marketing applications to process information and generate daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Management reports.
How you will collaborate with others:
- As a revenue analyst you will collaborate with Revenue Specialist, Revenue Manager, Directors of revenue, and regional teams in an objective manner to help to maximize revenue for all properties for which RMCC provides a service.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- All Inclusive and Luxury initial set up.
- Report Only implementation services.
- Manage Essentials Communications.
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- One year of work experience in analytical role within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
