Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 square feet of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets - 3 restaurants, a marketplace, in-room dining and a seasonal water park.
The ideal candidate has previous sales or events experience and understands the utilization of space and agendas. Previous Delphi experience is preferred but not required.

What will you be doing?
Maintains and updates the function book, assists users to ensure accuracy of all bookings. Informs the hotel of upcoming groups and banquets. Assists the hotel in making the maximum use of all function space. Coordinates in-house functions.
- Prepare on-going analysis of function space usage and RevPASF productivity to enable Sales and Catering Managers to easily book space and allow hotel to capture more revenue by revising pricing guidelines and maximizing space utilization.
- Prepare presentations and reports fort he Revenue Management Committee detailing the Team’s progress toward goals, including detailed analysis on RevPASF, food and beverage minimums, and room-to-space ratios.
- Validating group function space utilization and rooms –to-space ratio before contract.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly and periodic audits and monitoring of events booked within sales system to ensure the hotel team is maximizing space utilization.
- Perform post event audit to ensure space usage and provide post-event evaluation to hotel management team to assist future bookings.
- Review contract agendas to ensure no additional space was added without inventory approval.
- Verify any unused space after group/event finish and make sure the bookings reflect the true/clean space information in Delphi.
- Generate and analyze space utilization reports to assist with revenue maximization of all public space and support overall revenue generation.
- Develop FDC reports as needed by the hotel.
- Assist in creating diagrams in Delphi administration
- Communicate Revenue management and sales systems best practices to all users within the hotel.
- Regular attendance and participation in revenue management, and departmental sales, catering and event service meetings and contribute all analysis necessary to assist in making decisions related to Public Space sales within both the short-term and long-term booking window.
