Restaurant Supervisor
What are we looking for?
A Restaurant Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- High school diploma or diploma in hotel and restaurant service
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B Supervision role
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to high level of performance and exceed target
- Able to meet financial targets
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Bilingual: fluent in French and English
- Minimum 30 years old - maximum: 40 years old
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Previous experience in a similar role
