Restaurant Manager, Tropics Bar & Grill - Hilton Hawaiian Village
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years' of experience as a Restaurant Manager at a high volume operation
- Experience overseeing 3-meal service
- Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
- Open availability to work varying days and shifts as business requires
- Experience managing in a union environment preferred, but not required
