A Restaurant Manager - Social serving Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Michelin Star restaurant experience

F&B Management experience in a luxury environment

Able to meet financial targets

Excellent grooming standards

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Michelin Star Restaurant experience is a must

Degree in relevant area
- Fine dining experience
- Luxury hospitality experience in a similar role

Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

Excellent English and any other language would be an advantage
