What are we looking for?
A Restaurant & Bar General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous experience in a similar role in Hotels industry.
- Previous GCC and/or international food & beverage exposure.
- Able to meet financial targets.
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards.
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards.
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel would be an asset.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
