Restaurant Assistant Manager - Brassica at Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead

What are we looking for?
•    Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal and written.
•    Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation.
•    2 years’ experience in a comparable position in a luxury hotel operation is preferred.
•    Excellent knowledge of all aspects of F&B Operations, including Restaurant and Bar management, and In Room Dining.
•    Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
•    Must be highly analytical and able to work expansively with spreadsheets and budgeting packages.
•    Possess excellent organizational and administrative skills.
•    Quality driven with a passion for excellence in guest service and satisfaction. 
•    Approachable, open minded and fair.
•    Must be able to work in a team environment and independently on occasions.
•    Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
•    Experience and expertise in developing, facilitating and writing training materials.
•    Capable of running mid to senior level management programs.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
•    Oversees the Beverage Inventory for the Outlets

Desirable
•    Infogenisis, TimeSaver, Open Table, HotSOS and Birchstreet knowledge
•    Wine and Spirits Certification
•    TIPS & ServSafe Certified 
•    Knowledge in culinary and stewarding
•    Aware of the Atlanta dining scene trends
