What are we looking for?
We are seeking a responsible and accountable person who is experienced in emergency and general medicine, socially competent, eager to learn and willing to work in a small but top level tourist island medical center within a multinational team and with exchanging German doctors.
The applicant must:
- be able to cope with flexible working hours and workload,
- be willing to extend skills to new fields of medicine (e.g. dental assistance, diving medicine, X-Ray etc.),
- accept high hygienic and procedural standards,
- be happy to work with different doctors and multicultural patients,
- be able to operate with standard software applications and an electronic patient data management system and electronic inventory.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Ability to operate and maintain a HR system
- Counselling Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence; write correspondence and memos. Possessses effective presentation skills
- Ability to carry out the basic mathematical functions of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Ability to interpret data
- Ability to apply commonsense and display good judgement, when interacting and problem solving with team members and guests
- Excellent grooming standards
- Positive attitude
- Participate in necessary training and request training to meet development needs
- Secondary school graduate
- Degree in Nursing
- Requires a minimum of five years related experience
- Registered Nurse with all the relevant qualifications in emergency care
