What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years Executive Committee experience at managing a full-service resort property with 400+ rooms 
  • Strong leadership capability with proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
  • Experience managing union partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Luxury experience; Forbes standards, procedures and training highly desired
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, food & beverage
  • Renovation experience
  • Experience managing resident relationships
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Local market expertise
  • Hilton brand experience
