Resort Manager - Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years Executive Committee experience at managing a full-service resort property with 400+ rooms
- Strong leadership capability with proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
- Experience managing union partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Luxury experience; Forbes standards, procedures and training highly desired
- Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, food & beverage
- Renovation experience
- Experience managing resident relationships
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Local market expertise
- Hilton brand experience
