Reservations Manager (Hilton Singapore Orchard)

What are we looking for?

A Reservations Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with international hotel chain.
• Relevant degree in a business discipline.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs.
• Energetic, vibrant and inspiring to the team.
• An innovative self-starter, with confidence and resilience.
• Accountable and always positive in exploring alternatives and opportunities for better performance.

• Lead by example and support day-to-day Reservations opertions

• Excellent planning and organisation skills.·    
• Strong leadership in managing and motivating a large team.
• An excellent team player who works well with different stakeholders to ensure success of hotel. 
• Has sense of urgency and discipline to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of the hotel's property management systems of OnQ
