A Reservations Agent for Conrad Dubai is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Previous experience in similar role.
• A passion for delivering great customer service.
• Excellent professional telephone manners and etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Arabic language skills.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• OnQ experience.
• Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree.
• Luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
