Reservations Agent
What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: At least 1 year in a similar reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French or another language is a plus

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with hotel reservations systems (e.g., OnQ, Opera, Synxis) is an advantage

Team Spirit: You are reliable, collaborative, and guest-focused

Flexibility: Must be available to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
