Recreation Supervisor
Purpose:
Lead and supervise all guest recreation activities, ensuring exceptional 5‑star service and safety standards in a luxury island resort setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily land and water-based recreation programs for guests.
Supervise, train, and schedule the recreation team.
Ensure safety, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health regulations.
Plan and execute engaging activities for families, couples, and adults.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
Monitor guest satisfaction and adjust programs as needed.

Qualifications:
2–4 years in recreation or leisure supervision (luxury resort preferred).
