Who Are We Looking For?

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. Prior professional experience in UAE would be an advantage.

Education and Qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including spreadsheets and presentations.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and training employees.

Excellent communication, organizational, and financial management abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations, first aid, and emergency preparedness.

Ability to develop and implement engaging recreational and entertainment programs.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs..

Useful To Know:  This position is full-time and may require working weekends and/or evening shifts.
