We are seeking a Purchasing/Receiving Specialist who holds at least 2 years experience within hotel restaurants. Experience in high-volume environments a plus!

What will I be doing?
As Purchasing/Receiving Specialist, you would be responsible for purchasing materials for the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Purchase materials for the hotel through approved vendors
- Establish, manage and maintain supply levels for the hotel
- Purchase maintenance and repair supplies for hotel
- Adhere to established procedures and policies in purchases
- Research prices and supplies of non-mandated items
- Verify the accuracy and accept all purchased products into the hotel
- Assist in the daily operation of the storeroom to include, but not limited to, receiving and placing product, reconciling received items to purchase orders to verify accuracy, rotating stock, conducting inventory and issuing and delivering items to departments
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitation
