Position Purpose
The Purchasing Intern will support the Finance team in monitoring maintenance contracts, verifying purchasing documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between properties and the Cluster office.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Assist in reviewing and monitoring maintenance contracts and related operational documents across all properties.
• Support in checking and verifying delivery notes and receiving documents submitted by properties to the Cluster.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with company policies.
• The Management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary, at any point of time during her / his employment
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and proactive learning attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with all levels of team members.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic numerical and computational ability.
Qualification
University student or recent graduate majoring in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields.
