Public Area Team Leader

What are we looking for? 

A Public Area Team Leader, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

• Minimum of 2 years as a Public Area Attendant. 

• English literate to meet business needs. 

• Good knowledge of public area operations 

• Effectively understand and utilize resources. 

• Able to lead and guide a small group of subordinates. 

• Good knowledge in using chemicals and cleaning machines. 

• Physically fit, able to work long hours and have good eyesight. 

• Able to supervise others well and possess good communication skills.
