HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Lead the delivery of projects focused on recruitment operations, temporary staffing, and workforce optimization.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution.
  • Be the primary contact for Task Force operations, ensuring agreement between business needs and staffing solutions.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Provide direct support to the Sr. Director of Recruitment – Hotel Operations, including preparation for meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with Functional business leads, Recruiting leaders, Finance, Legal, and HR to guide the strategic growth of the Task Force Operations team.
  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, Hiring Managers, and hotel teams to streamline staffing processes.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Manage special initiatives and ad-hoc projects on behalf of leadership, ensuring execution and influence.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and policies across the organization.

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in project management, recruitment operations, or workforce planning within a corporate talent acquisition or staffing environment.
  • Proven experience supporting leadership, managing process improvements, or leading projects.
  • Outstanding skills in organization, communication, collaboration and partner relationships.
