Project Coordinator, FF&E Procurement Support (Contractor – 12-month contract) – Greater China & Mongolia

What are we looking for?

As a Project Coordinator, FF&E Procurement Support, you will assist Team Managers in managing project procurement process for a focused service brand in GCM. This role is a key member to track the project status and guide the franchisees and managed owners adhering to Hilton brand standards and operating procedures.  

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of project procurement / supplier (design, furniture, etc) experience in hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Willing to learn new knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and relation-building skills, able to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
