Product Manager (Property Payments and Finance)
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for finance and payment-related features within PEP.
- Partner closely with Global Finance Operations and Payments Product teams to gather requirements and key initiatives to prioritize against the PEP overall roadmap.
- Work with Product Owners to write and refine top-notch technical business requirements.
- Provide end-to-end ownership of cross-pod and program features from initial intake, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with Global Finance Operations, Global Business Architecture Consulting, and Above Property accounting teams to drive payment and finance innovations within PEP.
- Partner with the design team to craft engaging user experiences that enable key finance and payment functionalities in PEP.
- Work closely with platform engineers, vendors, and research teams in an agile environment to deliver payment and finance feature enhancements within PEP.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Centralized Billing, enabling an above-property customer invoicing solution.
- Creation and enhancement of PEP's finance and payment functionality to enable further deployments and drive efficiency and compliance.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience in Product, Technology, Customer Experience, or related field.
- Experience working with a complex cross-functional matrix environment.
- Experience managing finance and payment technologies
- This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
- Travel up to 20%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Product, Technology, Customer Experience, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in an agile or scrum environment, writing user stories and gathering requirements from various partners.
- Experience working in an accounting or finance department within a hotel
- Experience with hotel property management systems
- Experience with PEP and OnQ, Hilton’s property management systems
