Product Manager (Digital Brand and Marketing)

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Drive the Hilton Digital roadmap, especially as it relates to the digital brand experience
• Define and present new product concepts to both technical and non-technical partners
• Write top-notch business requirements, and work hand-in-hand with delivery pod to build and ultimately bring concepts to life for our customers
• Pinpoint customer needs (guests, Hilton Honors members, owners, and partners) to help define and prioritize product features that drive the most impact
• Revel in the data! Define the product's key success metrics, analyze/present metrics/data post-launch, and quickly act on trends that arise from those metrics

How you will collaborate with others:

• Collaborate with agile teams comprised of UI/UX design, content design, accessibility, qualitative research, experimentation, solution architecture, engineering, and delivery
• Build trusted working relationships across Hilton—involving close collaboration across marketing, content, brand & B2B stakeholders, property, and more

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

• Generate epics, user stories, and roadmap sequencing to provide guidance to the development team
• Handle bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and decide on trade-offs, and ultimately balance business demands with technical/time constraints

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of professional work experience in Product, Technology, Customer Experience, or related field
• Experience in an Agile or Scrum development environment writing user stories and gathering requirements from various partners
• Experience working within a complex cross-functional matrix environment
• Experience leveraging research to help craft a product roadmap
• Experience with web analytics tools, such as the Adobe reporting suite
• Travel 10-20%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
• Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field 
• Seven (7) years of Product-related experience
• Knowledgeable in other functional areas of commerce, such as Marketing or Operations
• Experience with A/B testing and creating hypotheses that drive customer value
• Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
