What will your responsibilities be?

1) PR and Media Communication

• Creating and distributing simple press releases

• Communicating with media partners and journalists

• Actively negotiating, organizing, and overseeing the execution of partnership and sponsorship agreements

• Coordinating and supervising press trips organized by third parties

• Managing collaborations with influencers and hotel visits

2) Marketing and Campaign Execution

• Supporting the Food & Drinks department, which includes five restaurants and bars, with various marketing initiatives – from small projects to large campaigns

• Ensuring marketing support in areas such as:

  • Development and distribution of printed materials

  • Website updates and content adjustments

  • Coordination of online marketing campaigns

  • Promotion of events through partner websites and platforms

  • Planning and coordinating photoshoots and video production for marketing campaigns and promotions

• Assisting in the communication, promotion, and organization of key corporate events by providing marketing support, developing creative ideas, managing deadlines, and overseeing PR activities

3) Social Media

• Supporting event promotion

• Occasionally creating content

• Assisting in campaign management

• Engaging in community management, including occasional guest interactions and responses
