About the role
As a Porter, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will be responsible for performing valet parking duties, transferring and storing luggage and providing information and advice to guest with your extensive knowledge of Melbourne and local attractions. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Engage with our guests to create lasting memories
• Retrieve and manage guest luggage
• Valet park guest cars and maintain accurate records of vehicles in the hotel’s care
• Arrange and assist guests with taxis
• Support other hotel departments when required

What are we looking for?

• You will be outgoing, enthusiastic & welcoming!
• Have excellent personal presentation
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Commitment to respond to guest requests and deliver high levels of service
• Australian Driver’s License (dual Manual & Automatic required)
