• Proven experience and expertise in luxury polishing, with a thorough understanding of techniques for high-end wood, metal, and specialty finishes (e.g., rosewood, brushed brass, marble edges).

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to polishing work, including safe operation at height (ladders, scaffolding).

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve flawless, luxury-standard finishes under time pressure.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team in public areas.
