What are we looking for? 

A Personnel Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

• Associate degree and above. 

• Minimum 3 years of extensive Human Resources experience.  

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in an international hotel. 

• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English to meet business needs. 

• Good organization and coordination skills. 

• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws.  

• Familiar with computer systems. 

• Result driven and can work under pressure. 

• Good presentation skills.
