Payroll Manager

A Payroll Manager serving Hilton brands works on behalf of Guests and collaborates with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:
- Rigorous commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good understanding of financial operating systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Previous experience in Accounts, Finance, or Human Resources.
It would be advantageous if you demonstrate:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Manager overseeing payroll for more than 600 employees.
Experience working with labor unions.
Knowledge of signed tips and service charge administration.
Experience with the PeopleSoft system.
Experience in the hotel, leisure, or retail sector.
