Part Time Scullers Jazz Club Box Office Coordinator - DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston-Cambridge
The Box Office Coordinator for Scullers Jazz Club at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston-Cambridge is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Artistic Director in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Box Office Coordinator for Scullers Jazz Club at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston-Cambridge, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Artistic Director in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Manage operations of the Box Office
- Liaison with Artistic Director, Production Manager, hotel staff (including Food & Beverage) to ensure all Scullers shows run smoothly
- Prepare nighlty will call lists, settlement sheets and special requests for hand off to appropriate person
- Customer liaison to assist all guests with any questions/issues relative to ticket purchases and general information questions about Scullers
- Assist customers with jazz package hotel reservations
- Perform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation
- Answer telephones
- Expedite correspondence
- Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
- Assist with seating customers on show nights
- Must be able to work nights on Friday and Saturday
- Experience with TicketWeb ticketing system preferred, but can train
- Social media and general Marketing to promote the jazz club and jazz club shows is preferred
