HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Assist the team in managing documents, information, and/or contract repositories.
  • Manage contract intake and review processes for contract and other legal reviews. 
  • Assist in the creation of annual budgetings and actively managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Review business documents to issue-spot potential legal concerns and provide advice to business partners in consultation with an attorney.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with other functional teams, employing best-in-class solutions to manage and analyze information, including the evaluation and employment of new technologies. 

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Support various projects, including those related to the prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of experience working in a corporate environment or law firm
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams)

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelors Degree
  • Experienced working in a legal environment
  • Contract drafting experience
  • Experience in contract or document management systems
  • Budgeting experience
