The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant, with preference given to those who have worked in Michelin-starred or Forbes Five-Star establishments. They should possess excellent communication skills, a refined presence, and the ability to describe dishes with confidence and elegance. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Has previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role within a luxury restaurant
• Ideally has worked in a Michelin-starred or Forbes Five-Star dining establishment
• Is well-spoken and able to communicate dish details with sophistication and confidence
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining grace and composure
• Possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury hospitality
• Works seamlessly with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure flawless service
• Brings a positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to create memorable dining experiences
