As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational areas of the hotel - initially in particular Food & Drinks with Restaurant, Kitchen, Banquet & Bar, gradually you will also be responsible for the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.

Operations Manager with focus on F&D (m/f/d) 

Your tasks as Operations Manager:

• Implementation, assurance, compliance and realization of Hilton quality, safety and service standards
• Efficient planning within budget guidelines as well as planning of forecasts
• Design and control of effective staff deployment
• Agreement and establishment of departmental goals, tasks and incentives
• Further development and improvement of gastronomic offers
• Focus on guest satisfaction & continuous improvement, e.g. based on our feedback tools
• Ensuring good and effective cooperation between departments and employee motivation
• Contact person for our department heads, employees and trainees
• Close cooperation with the department heads
• Selection and recruitment of employees in cooperation with the Human Resources Department
• Instruction, instruction, guidance, implementation of training & education
• Conducting development & performance reviews
