As Operational Intern, you will undergo a 10 to 12 months internship. We offer programmes where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspects of the specific department. You are expected to constantly embrace new ideas & display initiative; proactively take additional responsibilities; be the role model & be imparting knowledge to others; create healthy personal relations at all levels and concentrate time and energy to get the best impact to the Hotel and to yourself.

- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Ensure that both the Manager and Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests, team members and/or other departments.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Attend appropriate training courses, when required.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room, promotions, facilities and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Follow and adhere to company brand standards.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members
- Work with your Manager to identify a specific project to complete during your internship placement

Currently studying towards (or recent Graduate) University Degree -preferably in Hospitality field
