Night Auditor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform night audit procedures accurately and in compliance with Hilton standards.

• Balance daily financial transactions, ensuring revenue, postings, and reports are complete and correct.

• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports for management review.

• Verify room rates, room status, postings, and payment methods.

• Support Front Office operations during the night shift, assisting Guests as required.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Finance, and other departments to ensure operational continuity.

• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively, escalating when necessary.

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct aligned with Hilton grooming standards.

• Follow all hotel safety, fire, health, and security procedures during overnight operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

• Understanding of Finance Department processes and interdepartmental workflows.

• Previous experience in Front Office or hotel outlets is highly desirable.

• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
