SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required:

  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently to interact with guests, costumers, and staff.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Multi-tasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ability to execute with a 360-degree marketing approach and proficient with social media tools, technology, and techniques

Preferred:

  • Proficient in graphic design and with Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. 
  • Strong photography skills with experience in capturing and editing high-quality images that showcase luxury experiences and destinations
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to craft persuasive copy that resonates with affluent clientele and aligns with our brand voice. 
  •  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while also demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a demanding environment. 
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices in marketing is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. 

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on graphic design, photography, and copywriting, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
