Marketing Manager - Hilton Anatole
Located in the heart of Dallas, Hilton Anatole is one of the most unique properties within our portfolio, boasting 1,610 guest rooms and 600,000 square feet of meeting space. The team is looking for a marketing manager to make a significant impact and will focus on creative design and content strategy.

What will I be doing?
Position Statement: As Marketing Manager, you will implement marketing strategies to promote revenue growth and enhance the hotel's brand presence. Your role will focus on managing the property’s physical and digital design presence, support paid advertising, and content creation to drive engagement and support revenue goals.
Position Summary:
- Support the Director of Marketing in establishing and executing the hotel’s creative design strategy.
- Design marketing collateral, including promotional materials for renovations, food & beverage outlets, weddings, and additional graphics.
- Maintain a strong online presence by curating new content and updating websites and OTA site pages.
- Manage the consistent brand presence across all mediums including print and digital media.
- Maintain brand standards for multiple outlets across the hotel.
- Facilitate printing of large- and small-scale projects.
- Create an on-property photography library and help oversee photo shoots with external agencies.
- Measure and report on the impact of marketing strategies, making adjustments as needed.
- Cultivate strong, positive media relationships through personal interactions at events and meetings.
- Present your strategies, work, and results to all organization levels, including hotel ownership.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- Extensive knowledge of traditional, digital, and social marketing communication channels.
- Excellent written and presentation skills for creating compelling marketing content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana.
