Key Responsibilities:
📌 Marketing Strategy & Business Development
• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan in line with the hotel’s goals, including leading monthly meetings with senior hotel teams.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and audience segmentation to tailor marketing strategies.
• Identify business growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
📌 Branding & Advertising
• Develop and maintain brand identity in Israel and international markets.
• Create and oversee the production of marketing materials (advertisements, brochures, photography, and more).
• Manage marketing content across the hotel’s website and digital channels.
📌 Digital & Social Media Management
• Develop annual and monthly digital and social media strategies to enhance the hotel’s online presence.
• Manage all hotel websites and digital channels, including Google and other platforms.
• Oversee daily management and content creation for all digital and social media platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging marketing content and oversee the hotel’s social media accounts.
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies according to brand, hotel, and business objectives.
📌 Public Relations & Collaborations
• Work closely with the hotel’s PR agencies.
• Collaborate with influencers, industry leaders, and travel bloggers.
• Lead media campaigns across local and international platforms, in coordination with global brand initiatives.
• Plan and execute PR events and VIP client engagements.
📌 Sales & Commercial Partnerships
• Work with Expedia, Booking.com, and other digital business partners.
• Develop special package deals with strategic partners.
• Expand and develop the business clientele, conferences, and events market.
📌 Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
• Manage Hilton marketing tools and external marketing platforms.
• Track performance analytics across Google Analytics, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Oversee the hotel’s reputation management on platforms like Google and TripAdvisor.
• Provide regular reports to management on market trends and campaign success.
📌 Marketing Budget Management
• Manage marketing and PR budgets according to business objectives.
• Define spending priorities to optimize marketing impact.
• Work with media agencies and service providers to ensure cost-effective execution.
📌 Cross-Department Collaboration
• Work closely with the hotel’s commercial team and department heads.
• Promote restaurants and special events in collaboration with the Food & Beverage team.
• Enhance guest experiences in coordination with the Guest Services team.
Job Requirements:
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field – required.
✔️ Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising management – required.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, and PPC.
✔️ Experience working with media agencies, advertising firms, and PR agencies.
✔️ Fluent in English and Hebrew – required.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
