Marketing Executive
What are we looking for?
A Marketing Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- At least 1-2 years experience in a marketing role
- Bachelors degree in marketing and/ or hotel management school with additional education in marketing
- Mastering of the Office Pack, Canva, Wordpress and Adobe Creative Cloud Programs
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven organizational and planning skills
- Supervising experience
- Excellent eye for detail
- Proactive mind set to get things done
- Ability to work under pressure at all times
- Team player and able to work with different stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and able to adjust to audience
- You have a great capacity to manage projects and you have strong communication skills
- You are creative and have high-level writing and speaking skills in both Dutch and English
- You are open-minded and have good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, while multi-tasking and delivering work on time
- In the possession of a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management
- Relevant degree, in marketing, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution
