As a Manager Technology Field Services Caribbean and Central America, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the CALA IT Field Services team reporting to the Director of IT CALA, you will support projects including Openings, Implementations, Training and Technology implementations in the region.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- You will provide leadership and support to our organization in implementing technology solutions.
- You will lead and provide direction for technology applications, communications (voice and data), and computing services at assigned properties.
- You will ensure that the implementation of technology is aligned with the technical vision of the corporation.
How you will collaborate with others:
- You will be a technical resource to the property executive team and assist in the escalation of complex IT issues and projects.
What projects and responsibilities you will take ownership of:
- You will handle all projects and related functions for new openings and transformations of full-service owned and managed properties.
- You will lead an internal organization of Technical Field Service technicians, staffing levels, and succession planning while fostering a culture of customer service.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.
- Two (2) years of technical work experience in Hospitality, Operations, or IT Support.
- Communication in both English and Spanish. Portuguese is not required but would be useful.
- Travel up to 75% of the time, within Caribbean and Latin American countries.
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience.
- Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.
- Administer networks in a Windows Server/Workstation environment preferably in an environment with more than 50 nodes and 2 or more domains.
- Microsoft certifications: MCSA, MCTS, or MCITP for Windows Server, MCDST for workstations.
