Manager, Talent Research (Sourcer)-Remote

What are we looking for?
We seek someone who is a superb communicator with an aptitude for positively influencing others and communicating effectively at all levels. We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of professional experience
• Three (3) years of experience in a search firm or an in-house research function serving corporate recruitment
• Two (2) years of experience in an in-house CRM such as Avature, Beamery, Phenom People, etc.

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Eight (8) years of professional experience
• Five (5) years of experience in a search firm or in an in-house research function serving corporate recruitment
• Five (5) years working in an in-house CRM such as Avature, Beamery, Phenom People, etc.
