Manager, Talent & Leadership Development
What are we looking for?
We believe success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- A calm and effective approach to handling multiple, concurrent demands and projects
- Takes initiative with minimal direction and is quick to understand key concepts
- Communicate effectively within a global business environment and with executive leadership (both written and verbal)
- Effectively collaborating and working with external vendor partnerships
- Exceptional in corporate writing and communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience conducting needs analysis, interacting with subject matter experts, and identifying business needs
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience
- Three (3) years of experience in project management, consulting, or related field in Learning or Leadership Development
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Degree in I/O Psychology, L&D, or related field
- Three (3) years of Hospitality industry experience
- Project management professional (PMP) certification or related certification
- Experience working in a globally matrixed environment
