What are we looking for?

A Manager, Sales Performance Management - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of identifying, prioritizing, and articulating highest-impact initiatives and processes.
  • Solve problems through analytical skills optimally and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects, prioritization and manage time efficiently, adapting to seasonal needs and time zones of a global Sales Performance team.
  • Ability to define their working pace and balance to deliver on expectations.
  • Demonstrate the highest standard of ethical behavior and absolute discretion with sensitive information.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTable), Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Participation in global conference call (evening or early morning).

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Minimum 2 years operating in a matrix and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hospitality (hotel operations / sales) or Sales Performance Management.
