Manager, Sales Initiatives Support
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Inform initiative-specific content across BPS owned platforms and communications.(e.g BOOST Action Planning Tool)
- Monitor and track initiative adoption for post-launch performance, identifying trends, and developing mitigation plans.
- Demonstrate project management skills to support multiple Commercial Initiatives.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work in partnership with internal teams to assist with BPS support of enterprise commercial initiatives (e.g. RFP Support/Evolution and Meetings Simplified) to ensure a comprehensive strategy and consistent hotel activation of successful and measurable initiatives.
- Ensure that BPS support content channels are embedded within communications and resources designed by cross functional teams.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Develop cohesive support plans and associated communications for enterprise commercial initiatives.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of work experience in hospitality or travel industry with focus on Commercial (Sales/Marketing/eCommerce/Revenue Management) performance
- Three (3) years of project management experience and working collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Two (2) years of experience working with hospitality industry performance measures
- Two (2) years of experience creating and delivering presentations
- Two (2) years of experience working in roles with team members in multiple departments with varying perspectives
- Travel up to 20%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Hilton commercial systems, tools, programs and operations
- Proficiency in Spanish or French
