What are we looking for?
A Sales Manager of Hilton Worldwide is always working on behalf of our hotels and customers. We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Time management, "team-player", assertiveness, and strong work ethic for home office work

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of direct sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Travel up to 30% of the time
  • Experience with annual RFP processes

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience in Delphi or similar property sales management system
  • Experience using Salesforce
