What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Aligned and organized teammates who build positive relationships and trust
  • Maintains a deep understanding of Hilton’s business processes and systems
  • Able to learn new technology as a business and attendee experience evolves
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including written and verbal, to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
  • Ability to effectively lead internal and external guests, some of whom will require high levels of guidance, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to analyze extensive amounts of information and provide constructive feedback/direction through critical thinking and discernment
  • Prioritizes multiple projects within deadlines and works efficiently under time and resource constraints

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Four (4) years of professional experience in distribution systems, project management, or technical development roles
  • Hospitality experience
  • Prior Supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
  • Work a hybrid office schedule in Dallas, TX

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Project SQL, VB.net, and/or VBA
