Manager, Quality Assurance Manager - Full Service
What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Experience in managing various hotels at a time
- Highly coordinated, independently working, doer, and motivated
- Working knowledge/understanding of product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrade
- Knowledge/understanding of hotel operations, including front and back of the house operations, including F&B operations
- Ability to analyze situations, and diagnose problems/solutions, while upholding the integrity of the brand yet working with potential conflicts/issues with general managers, owners, and/or internal customers.
- Excellent project management skills, allowing you to direct multiple projects at a time
- Deep understanding of the hotel's key performance measures with the ability to analyze and discuss at the owner/management company level
- Collaborative skills to build and maintain a positive relationship with senior leaders
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of management experience
- Three (3) years of experience as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director in a Full Service Hotel
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office
- Valid Driver's license
- Travel - 90%
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Fluency in a foreign language
- Food Safety certification
