Manager, Quality Assurance Auditor
What are we looking for?
This role supports hotels throughout the EMEA region and we are looking for someone who has worked within a hotel-based management role (ideally at GM level). The role will be technically home based but will involve travel over 90% of the time within the allocated region which will predominantly be the UK and Europe
Success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
• Proven track record of being highly coordinated, independent, and motivated.
• Successful at multi-tasking, while demonstrating robust knowledge of hotel operations, including front and back of the house operations, including F&B operations, product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrades in addition to all relevant Brand standards.
• Excellent project management skills, allowing you to direct multiple projects at a time. Experience in managing multiple personnel is also required.
• Ability to analyze and discuss hotel performance metrics at the owner/management company level.
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED
• College Diploma
• Significant experience as a Hotel General Manager or as a Hotel Executive Committee member
• Sigificant management experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and
• Multi-departmental hotel experience
• Driver's License
• Ability to travel 90% of the time

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
• Fluency in a Foreign language
• Food Safety Certification
