Manager, Quality Assurance
What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Prior General Manager or hotel executive committee experience
- Highly organized, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and meticulous
- Willing and capable to remotely collaborate with Hilton multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent project management skills, and ability to direct multiple projects at a time
- Deep understanding of the hotel's key performance measures with the ability to analyze and review at the owner/management company level
- Knowledge of hotel development process including financing, construction, and operations
- Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills to build and maintain a positive relationship with field representatives (i.e. hotel team members)
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years experience as a Department Head in a Hotel
- Two (2) years managerial experience
- Experience in a Focused Service or Full-Service hotel
- Multi-departmental hotel experience
- Valid Driver's License
- 90% Travel; ability to travel internationally, as needed
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) years managerial experience
