Manager, Owner & Data Systems
What are we looking for?
We are looking for people passionate about service, who measure success based on helping others and creating improvements through innovative technology.
Success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Knowledge of Salesforce environment, driven by service of others
- Project management with multiple projects, delivering on time and within the scope
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative work ethic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that lend to positively influence Hilton’s partners
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or in process of obtaining certification)
- Three (3) years experience in Salesforce, including Service or Experience Cloud or alternative technology (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Workflows)
- One (1) year integrating Salesforce with external systems via marketing automation, business intelligence, ETL, MuleSoft, etc.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Understanding of API data modeling concepts and database design
- Other Salesforce or CRM certifications
- Experience with agile delivery
- PM Certification
